Vitol, the world’s largest energy trader (USD 140bn revenues in 2020), acted as an anchor investor in the latest offering with an undisclosed sum, resulting in 11,1 % equity ownership post-money. Other key strategic investors were Høegh LNG and Seglem Eiendom.
