Mr. Bård Mikkelsen

Chairman of the Board

Mr. Mikkelsen has served as CEO of Statkraft, the largest European renewable energy company, also as CEO of Oslo Energy Group, Ulstein Group and Widerøe Group. He has been member of the Supervisory Board of E.ON, Chairman of Cermaq, Store Spitsbergen Kulkompani and Muliticonsult. Currently he is Chairman of Clean Energy Group, Clean Energy, Invest WattifEV, Photoncycle and Rudskogen Motorsenter. He is a graduate from the Norwegian Army Military Academy, Norwegian School of Management and INSEAD Executive program.

Mr. Kjetil Bøhn

Mr. Bøhn is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience from starting, scaling up and financing of companies since 2000. He has served either as a CEO, part of the executive management team, as Chairman of the Board of Directors or as a board member of several companies, among the Quantafuel and Agrions. Since leaving his last CEO position in Quantafuel Mr. Bøhn has started or been instrumental in revitalizing four companies, including Havur AS and Gen2Energy AS. He holds a bachelor’s of Commerce/Business studies from the Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen.

Mrs. Lena Halvari

Mrs. Halvari has over 20 years’ experience from various industries, mainly centered around Power, Airline and Maritime. She has broad strategic execution and project management experience and has previously held positions as Director Wind Assisted Propulsion in Yara Marine Technologies AB, Partner and Board Member in Uniconsult AS, and Strategic Execution Project Manager and Board Member in Statkraft. She holds a Masters in Accounting and Auditing, and an Executive MBA in Strategic Management.

Managing Partner and Fund Manager, HydrogenOne Capital. 30 years experience in Utilities and Energy, and Chartered Engineer.
Financial experience from Stock Broking, Corporate Finance and Fund Management with Henderson Crosthwaite, Ernst & Young and Artemis Investment Management, where he invested into renewables companies.
MSc in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College

Mr. Munce is the CEO of HYCAP. He started his career with PwC auditing private equity and hedge funds before moving to Merrill Lynch (BAML) in 2007. James spent 11 years at BAML building out Merrill Lynch Investment Solutions (MLIS) UCITS platform where he served both as COO and CEO. Most recently James has been the CEO of Abu Dhabi Catalyst Partners.

Mr. Robbins is the investment manager of Piney Point. He started at Deutsche Bank in the investment banking unit in New York before moving to SAC Capital (Point 72) in 2010 where he covered investments in the energy and chemical verticals. Andrew started Piney Point alongside Racon Capital in 2014 and has been investing in both public and private opportunities in the energy sector. Andrew is currently on the board of Aqualung Carbon Capture, NRP Zero and Elemental Clean Fuels. Andrew holds a bachelor’s in economics from Boston College.
