Norway, Borre, 19. March 2021, Gen2 Energy, a Norwegian company dedicated to developing, building, owning and operating an integrated value chain for green hydrogen, today announced the successful issue of shares for a total value of NOK 60 million in gross proceeds.
The Offering received strong support from strategic investors, in addition to firm commitments through subscriptions from board and management. Vitol, world’s largest energy trader with USD140bn revenues in 2020, acted as an anchor investor in the Offering with an undisclosed sum, resulting in 10% equity ownership post money.
