Mr. Mikkelsen has served as CEO of Statkraft, the largest European renewable energy company, also as CEO of Oslo Energy Group, Ulstein Group and Widerøe Group. He has been member of the Supervisory Board of E.ON, Chairman of Cermaq, Store Spitsbergen Kulkompani and Muliticonsult. Currently he is Chairman of Clean Energy Group, Clean Energy, Invest WattifEV, Photoncycle and Rudskogen Motorsenter. He is a graduate from the Norwegian Army Military Academy, Norwegian School of Management and INSEAD Executive program.

Ms. Halvari has over 20 years’ experience from various industries, mainly centered around Power, Airline and Maritime. She has broad strategic execution and project management experience and has previously held positions as Director Wind Assisted Propulsion in Yara Marine Technologies AB, Partner and Board Member in Uniconsult AS, and Strategic Execution Project Manager and Board Member in Statkraft. She holds a Masters in Accounting and Auditing, and an Executive MBA in Strategic Management.

Mr. Munce is the CEO of HYCAP. He started his career with PwC auditing private equity and hedge funds before moving to Merrill Lynch (BAML) in 2007. James spent 11 years at BAML building out Merrill Lynch Investment Solutions (MLIS) UCITS platform where he served both as COO and CEO. Most recently James has been the CEO of Abu Dhabi Catalyst Partners.

He started at Deutsche Bank in the investment banking unit in New York before moving to SAC Capital (Point 72) in 2010 where he covered investments in the energy and chemical verticals. Andrew started Piney Point alongside Racon Capital in 2014 and has been investing in both public and private opportunities in the energy sector. Andrew is currently on the board of Aqualung Carbon Capture, NRP Zero and Elemental Clean Fuels. Andrew holds a bachelor’s in economics from Boston College.

Mrs.Hagem has a broad experience from energy businesses, as Nortura, Equinor and Statnett where she was Executive Vice President for 14 years. Mrs. Hagem has been chair of the board of ENTSO-E (The EU organization for transmission system operators in Brussels) and Nord Pool Spot, and member of several other boards. Following Statnett, Mrs. Hagem worked for the EU Commission in Brussels, advising on sustainable energy. She works now as consultant and non-executive board member. She has a master’s degree in finance and agriculture from the Norwegian University of Life Science.

Mr. Madden is the CTO of HYCAP, providing critical technical insight and deep domain expertise across the portfolio, supporting the development and execution of complex energy and hydrogen investments. He is a co-founder of Element Energy, a leading low-carbon specialist consultancy, and has played a key role in shaping advisory services for the energy transition. He has led the initiation and early development of several of the world’s largest hydrogen projects, covering large-scale production, vehicle deployment, and supporting infrastructure.

Mr. Holgate is a Principal in the HYCAP investment team, with extensive experience from leading organizations including SSE Renewables, KPMG, EDF, and Glenmont Partners. With more than 15 years of experience investing in the energy transition, he brings strong expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financial structuring, and portfolio optimization. His background combines financial discipline with a deep understanding of renewable energy markets, contributing to long-term value creation and strategic governance.

Mr. Per Christian Fett is a Co-Founder of Gen2 Energy and has served as Director of Fearnley LNG since 1999, where he leads global LNG strategy and provides commercial advisory services to leading energy players. He brings extensive experience from the LNG and shipping sectors, having previously held roles as LNG Shipping Manager and Shipping Market Analyst at Equinor. His deep industry knowledge and long-term perspective contribute significantly to Gen2 Energy’s strategic direction and market positioning.

Mr. Råknes is a Co-Founder of Gen2 Energy and a serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience founding and scaling technology companies. He brings deep hands-on expertise from start-up and scale-up environments, combining commercial insight with strong execution capability. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School and contributes an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented perspective to Gen2 Energy’s strategic development.
