We are pleased to welcome Anders Sjaastad as Interim CFO to Gen2 Energy. Anders is an experienced finance executive and strategic advisor with a strong track record as Interim CFO and financial leader across a broad range of sectors, including growth companies and capital-intensive businesses.
He brings deep expertise in capital structuring, refinancing, M&A and investor communication, and has led several large-scale financing and transformation processes in both private equity–owned and listed companies.
He has held senior finance roles in companies such as Hafslund Fiber, Zalaris, Saferoad, GlobalConnect and Lindorff Group. Anders is the founder of Mimir Consulting and a former President of CFA Society Norway.
